A Remote-Control Diagnosis License is provided as an optional accessory with Polymer Char instruments. It allows Polymer Char’s service engineers to connect to the instrument’s computer for problem diagnosis and troubleshooting.
To establish a connection with our remote-control system, the instrument’s computer must have Internet access.
